Who do you folks think will medal in the 4 relays? If I had to pick,I would pick like this.Women's 4x100 1.Bahamas 2. U.S. 3.France Women's 4x400 1.U.S. 2.Russia 3.Germany(Grit Breuer a fantastic anchor leg) Men's 4x100 1.U.S.(possible WR) 2.Great Britain(very good team to challenge U.S.)3.tough call between Brazil and Nigeria, But I will pick the Brazilians. Men's 4x400 1.U.S. 2. Jamaica 3.tough call between Brits,Bahamians, and Poland. I will go with the Bahamians because of Avard Moncur, excellent anchor when prepared. I know it looks like I'm not showing the Jamaican women love, but they did not look as strong at the Penn Relays as they have in past years. Plus , I chose the Bahamians in the women's 4x100 because of their consistency. Not having Marion on the anchor leg makes our women's 4x100 team look a little vulnerable.

Re: Medalists in the 4 relays
Grit Breur will only be running in relay at worlds so i don't think she's in top form so they'll be out of the medals USA haven't got a hope without Marion, Latasha or Michelle i'd go for Russia should win by a mile with Jamaica second and USA and GBR fighting it out for 3rd if Katherine Merry can get back in shape (51.6 relay leg at recent euro cup in second race since 2001) then she will run sub 50 anchor and claim bronze.i deserve extra credit

Re: Medalists in the 4 relays
Hey marknhj! I hear you! It's a shame the two fastest teams in the world don't pass the stick that well. The Brits are really doing well in the sprints with Chambers and Lewis-Francis. It would be great to see both teams with 3 great passes apiece and to see the times. However, thats wishful thinking alot of times in the 4x100.
