  • "Won't Get Fooled Again"

    Question...i just turned 29. former 47 second runner splitting 46. have been out due to personal issues for 6 years. i'm at the track daily trying to make a comeback and run open meets, club, etc....do i have a chance to hit those times again? all i can say is that i have the fire now that i never could or did have before...is it too late for me?

          Go for it, Of course you can come back. If you fall short of your expectations... You will have a great time out on the track anyway.

            no...i'm not obea moore or any other "known" sprinter...Moore was MUCH faster than i could have ever been, but I am hoping to win a couple races out there and maybe join a club in Texas...if anyone knows of any in the San Antonio area let me know....thanks guys....

                Have you thought about the 800? or 1500? You could be awesome!!

                    Runforlife, thanks pal, i appreciate the vote of confidence. I am actually going to switch to the 800, although i only ran it once in my life...
                    p.s....anyone have tips on how to run a marathon for someone whos only run maybe 4 miles max at one time in his life?! lol...thanks....
