Equalency Charts

I am developing a high school track and field website for the state in which I live, and I would like to be able to rate performances using the Event Equalency Charts. Are the high school charts different from the IAAF charts for combined events? And are they in the Big Green Book? Does anyone know where I might find them for high school (if they are not in the BGB)? Thanks!

There are multi-event scoring charts as in the LGB, but there are also EQUIVALENCY charts like the Hungarian scoring charts. There are not, to my knowledge, charts expressly for high school.
