Wayne where are you? You are a regular visitor on dyestat. Haven't heard from you on this board in a few days. It's good to see young tracksters like Wayne who are very knowledgeable about their sport. That will earn you alot of respect from your peers in track.

Thanks for the response,Wayne. Nice pr's. I read somewhere where you were a sophomore or junior this year. That makes those pr's even better looking!What is your strongest event of the 3 sprints. It looks like the 100 right now , but with that foot speed and your good 400 time,I could see a big improvement in the deuce for you. Good luck this year and keep on working hard.Like I said earlier it's impressive to see a young guy with alot of knowledge about his sport. That will earn you respect with your coaches and teammates.

Right now the 200 is my strongest. I only ran it a few times this season and I am planning on dropping that and my 400 time down by a lot this upcoming track season.

Wayne,Who do you think is the best returning high school 200 runner? This is a post I saw at dyestst.Michael Grant is from down the road in the ATL and he is improving.Alot of people think X-man Carter is the best.Maybe you can get in the mix this year and have something to say about that.

I would have to say Xavier. He is the most consistent this year but Grant isn't far behind at all.
