So the 100 is his limit. I don't think 5-7 is too short for a 9.80 from him by 2008 if he hooked up with JS et al. I've often thought that Houston M. could have been taught to hold on better that last 40m. I see J-MS in that category. HM's 9.30 was a 10.07ish performance. I see J-MS near there this year. 10.25 last year - 10.05 this? Or is this too eldyish?

Shepard is wrong, Xavier Carter ran 21.04 last year on UF's flat track. That my friend is the fastest ever on an unbanked track & before his NR (20.69) the time was the 2nd best all-time on any indoor surface.
