Is Macrozonaris really the best sprint hope in Canada? Pierre Browne and Anson Henry still run fast times, even though they have to go to school and run a ridiculous amount of meets. What's going to happen when they train full time? Both just graduated this year, Mac has been training full time since high school.

Wait and See
We will soon see. Canadian trials are coming up this weekend. They have all been preparing for this, unlike most other countries who have been forced to peak earlier because their championships were earlier. The canadian sprinters (Nick, Anson, Pierre) will probably start running a lot faster now.

Re: Who's the real Canadian Hopeful?
Predictions for Canadian Championships.
1. Nicolas Macrozonaris 10.08
2. Anson Henry 10.13
3. Pierre Brown 10.19
Predicting places and times in a track meet is challenging. I don't know why Vegas does not has gambling on major track championships.

Re: What?!?!
I don't wanna speak badly of Macro. He beat Montgomery in Mexico City;no mean feat for sure. He's also not even 23 yet, so he's obviously a talent. But I think it should be pointed out that his non-altitude best is still only 10.17. He seems to run ver well at altitude and with a wind at his back. Here's his last four seasons worth of 100's:
