Common folks, somebody keeps up with the Brits. Brit Guy where are you? Who's running the legs for the Brits in the 4x100 and 4x400? -

I'm guessing the 4x1 will be (in no particular order) MLF, Chambers, Campbell, Malcolm. But we also have Golding, Devonish and Gardener to choose from, so it's difficult to say.
As for the 4x4, I'm guessing (no particular order) Daniel Caines, Iwan Thoman, Matt Elias, Chris Rawlinson. But we also have Ian Mackie, Jamie Baulch, Mark Richardson, Jared Deacon, Sean Baldock and Mark Hylton to choose from so, again, it's difficult to say.Comment

Not too great, to be honest. He's only raced a few times this season, and has SBs of 20.95A and 46.43. I'm sure if he competed a bit more, he could get to 45.5ish, but I don't hold too much hope for him this year. Daniel Caines will no doubt win the NC, but with Ian Mackie (former 100m sprinter) in 45.5 form, and the erratic Iwan Thomas in about the same form (at best), it could be an interesting NC final...Comment
