I thought she had been working with Michael Johnson earlier in the spring. She also was invited to train with Marion Jones recently. Wow she must really be down to walk away now.

It is sad to see her go, but her performance in the 400m in 2000 was great. She accomplished her childhood dream and thay is all that counts.

and what in the world is wrong in going out on top... and desn't she have a husband with health problems?

Time to move on. My hat is off to her for her decision.
