I was fortunate enough to see the high school state meet races between them. Although Williamson has an edge in head2head, I still consider it an upset considering that Wariner wears a target being that he won the Oly Games in great fashion. Remember he has been touted the great heir to the 400 throne. I saw him at Texas Relays and he still looked small to me but ran with ease. Let's keep in mind that Williamson's training is not only geared towards the WChamps but the year end college season as well, thus his speed training may have started a little earlier. Wariner may be in position to even the score in coming weeks.
