Maybe you can choose some of the competitors from the World Youth meet to compete in the senior WC's. Take a look at some of the Kenyan and Ethiopian "15 to 17 year olds." Hoo-hah. They send their B squad guys to race kids! The IAAF tried to keep their pics to a minimum to avoid embarrassment, apparently!

    Bekele is just a kid! http://www.iaaf.org/WYC03/multimedia/ty ... age=6.htmx

And how about Mohammed Al-Salhi of Saudi Arabia, the 800m winner? When was he 17? Three or four years ago? He's older than Burley ... hell-arious. There's also another picture of that kid Bekele on the same page: http://www.iaaf.org/WYC03/multimedia/ty ... age=2.htmx

How about 3k winner Augustine Choge of Kenya? He's 16 or 17? On what calendar? http://www.iaaf.org/WYC03/multimedia/ty ... age=1.htmx

Yeah, the Kenyans and Ethiopians have a lot of talent. But sending some of their "B" level adult runners along with (maybe) a few legit kids from those regions to race real kids from the rest of the world is classless. But in today's politically correct climate, to point this out makes one the villain, while the real villains can thumb their noses.
