DK is my hero even though I know I'll never be as good as he is. Thanks for FINALLY putting up another entry in his journal. I really enjoyd the parts where he was like discussing his tactical thinking during races. I didnt know it was hard to pass somebody on the inside on the final turn.

Other American distance runners should read this journal. Maybe they can get some ideas. Krummenacker is so far ahead of his US comtempories it is ridiculous.
