Great run by Fleshman!!! Just a few more seconds off and she is in there for the WC. She needs to meet that A standard of 15:08 I believe. Since Shalane Flanagan opted not to run, the newly turned pro is next in line. Good thing she chose to run in Europe instead of Pan Ams.

When I originally posted that message I thought the WC qualifier was 15:18. I came home and checked the latest edition of our bible and saw the reason (A standard = 15.08.70), why no one else was that excited about her PR.

I was excited about her PR, I was just hoping she would meet the standard. I'm hoping she runs again to attempt to get that standard.
