pick 3 deep in each event

6 points for correct Gold
4 points for correct Silver
3 points for correct Bronze
2 points for pick 1 finish 2
2 points for pick 2 finish 3
2 points for pick 3 finish 2
1 point for pick 1 finish 3
1 point for pick 3 finish 1

1st tie breaker most Golds
2nd tie breaker most Medalists

But we would also have a concurrent one for just Most Golds, since some people like that better.

What happen's if predicted silver wins???
Should 2 points be for
Gold prediction finishing 2nd
Silver prediction finishing 1st
Bronze prediction finishing 2nd

1 point for
G finish 3,
S finish 3
B finish 1???

Not to panic. I'm the one that first wrote the above up, I merely forgot to include pick Silver, finish Gold; also 2 points.

Basically, after the 6, 4, and 3 for picking medalists on the exact money, ( 6 for gold, 4 for Silver, 3 for Bronze) it's 2 points for picking a correct medalist, but one place off, and 1 point for picking a medalist but two places off. Simple (at least to me ) .

That's of course why I resurrected the thread. :roll:

Basically, after the 6, 4, and 3 for picking medalists on the exact money, ( 6 for gold, 4 for Silver, 3 for Bronze) it's 2 points for picking a correct medalist, but one place off, and 1 point for picking a medalist but two places off. Simple (at least to me ) .

I understand but it makes it unfair with the silver medallist prediction as there is no place that earns it only 1 point. That's why I suggested silver getting 2 points for getting gold and 1 for a 3rd. That makes each medallist an equal lesser point total per different place.

Gold gets either 6-2-1
Silver 2-4-1
Bronze 1-2-3
