I think lane assignments for the qualifiers were just bad luck. I didn't see Rock run, but he turned in a very good time with a terrible start.

I think Wariner has to be the big favorite and then the rest of the medals are WIDE OPEN.

Rock came over early. He learned from running in Italy earlier this year that it takes awhile to adjust to the time change.

For me, the 400m is the most exciting event at the games. Agree?

I'll hold my breath to see if Benjamin makes the final. If so, then maybe. If not, then no way.
