any problem using the 4 200 runners in the 4X100?....all experienced relay runners....TG and WS teammates....Capel more than capable leadoff....nervous about Mo and his hamstring...

Mardy Scales. He got the baton into Gay's (or was it Jelks?) hand, but forgot to let go. They were both holding onto it for 1-2 strides and before you knew it, they were out of the changeover zone.Comment
