The best one would probably be the new track at the home depot center in Carson, California. It's at Cal State Dominguez Hills. -

I'm not sure about the quality of the tracks themselves, but if you consider air quality, then UCLA has to be among the best. Others are too far inland, and running in that smog is a disgusting proposition, especially during the summer.
Irvine also probably has good air, so a track at UCI would be good. And Peperdine is likely the best. Plus these tracks have good scenery - scantily clad college students.Comment
