Steeplechase WR in Zurich??

OK: How are our collective prognostication skills? Cherono is going for a WR in the steeple tomorrow at Zurich. Weather forecast there calls for a high of about 75 F and thunderstorms. Assuming that conditions will be reasonably good, will he do it? Let's see who guesses closest to his final time. I'll go out on a limb and say no WR, but a winning time of:

Apparently, Qatar will pay him $1000/month even after he retires. Not bad- $1000 will go a long way in Qatar...
