most open 100m ever contested, my opinion no clear favourite as the brits usually crack under pressure at the majors.

Re: who will win the 100 at world champs?
It is almost easier to figure out who cannot win.
I am left with 4 guys that I think can win: Greene,Williams,Chambers and Collins. But I felt better about Collins in the spring and I liked Williams better a couple of weeks ago and Greene is not the sprinter he was in 2001 and do I really trust Chambers? Who can forget Manchester?
It's madness for sure but I'll go with Bernard.

Impossible to predict, which makes it very exciting. My limey bias makes me think Chambers has a chance (10.08 into -1.6 a few weeks ago). However, I have a suspicion Mo was hiding a slight injury after his 9.94. If he's not hurt he gets my vote.

Well in Berlin he didn't have the plaster on his knee which he has had on for his last 4 100m races(Home Deport Invitational, Lausanne GP, Paris GL & Rome GL)
So he seems to have that cleared up.
And he get's my vote, he has had my vote since last year.
