  • RE: Nike Farm Team

I much rather read about Nike Farm Teamers (dedicated and talented runners with financial and personal lives on "hold") than underachiever/PROFESSIONAL Alan Webb, who seems to be chronically on the cover of national running publications. Speaking of NFT, does anyone know where the "middle-distance" runners
(Lunn, MacFalls, Huffman, et al) have been this early part of track season? NFT middle distance has been absent from initial meets. I particularly enjoy following these true athletes who possess college degrees from elite institutions but have deferred making money and in most cases, normal family life for the LOVE of sport! Go Farm Team.........

Jason Lunn has been in Colorado with his parents for a month. the altitude does well for him. He is fit and ready to start racing in Palo Alto this week.

Jason Lunn is technically not a member of the Farm Team. He is Nike International. So are Jonathon Riley, Matt Lane, Brad Hauser and Michael Stember.

Thanks John and Dan for information. So "technically" who will be running at middle distance for NFT this season? What's up with some of the other members?? :<)

          Re: RE: Nike Farm Team

The Nike Farm Team has run poorly as a whole the last two years. Gagliano is over his head. The guys build no base but then run hard intervals for 9 months straight.
