        deena

Deena Kastor has an excellent run going at Chicago. Definitely worth following the race. Currently she's on target for a 2:19.

Men have 2k left and the real racing has only just started.

Limo wins in 2:06.59. The race between Eurosport and Runners World is won by Eurosport, which has that news posted first. (Eurosport has also been an easier site to use because you don't have to click again to get the updates.)

Thanks for the links - just read this:
" Dita is on the straightaway also, and gaining. Spotters on the course say she, Dita, could catch Deena. Deena finishes in 2:21:22, Dita in 2:21:28. "

Gutty run by Deena and Dita both.

CBS affiliate says Deena's last mile was 7:05--ouch!
