I've been reading about some new devlopments on the horizon for TV watching, and hope that, in future years, we might actually be able to get TV coverage of T&F, including coverage of World Championships. Maybe in the future, we can even subscribe to Olympic T&F coverage similar to that offered by cable companies from the Barcelona Games.
The only downsides that I can see are that we'll have to pay, and T&F might lose exposure to casual fans, since only those of us who are true hardcore "track nuts" would be likely to subscribe. I think that currently T&F News has only about 15,000 subscribers.
