Wisconsin's Matt Withrow didn't run--injured? How about Bobby Curtis (Villanova)? I think he ran once or twice early in the season but not since.

He strained a groin in the middle of the fall. He jogged through a low-key 14:31 indoors but didn't feel well enough to run the Big 10. He's now slated to debut--at the earliest--at the Oregon meet on the April 21 weekend.

Thanks for the extra info. They also knew that they likely did not need him for the Big 10 and he would not be in shape for NCAA Indoors. Last "spring" he ran three races: XC nats; WCXC (60th); and 13:35 for 5,000. So, he seems to be able to race well without racing a lot. I hope he gets over the groin problem.
