Colorado Springs Rooms/House Available 4 Rent

Hello everyone! I am a professional runner and live in Colorado Springs. I have 3 open bedrooms and I would prefer to fill them with other athletes. Colorado Springs is an awesome city and hosts one of the olympic training centers.
The house is located in SouthWest Springs and is a 2 1/2 minute jog to Bear Creek Park, which has miles and miles of trails and connects to section 16 and the santa fe trail.
I would also be willing to rent the top portion (3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, 2 dining rooms, huge living room, huge backyard, 2 decks) out to a family (My room is in the basement.)
Each individual room is $350/month and includes heat, electricity, water, and high speed internet. If more than 1 person will be staying in the room add $75/month.
Must be clean and easy going. Dogs ok.

damn! i wish i was a single, world class runner. but alas this middle aged, happily married, out of shape never was, isnt going anywhere!

I can vouch for Josh saying that part of town is great for access to running trails. Lots of hills nearby. One of my favorite runs is near there, a loop with 2.5 miles and 1250 vertical feet up High Drive (dirt road), then 5+ miles of flat and gentle downhill back to the start. There's a high school track (Cheyenne Mountain, artificial surface I believe) real close, Colorado College's track is downtown, 10 to 15 minute drive. Good weather, lots of sunny days, 6600' altitude. Come on out!

LOL! as has been posted before Gatlin could have the 800 record anytime he wants it because a 50 secound 400 would be a jog. he could also have the marathon record. can you imagine how slow a 4:40 mile would seem to a 1:39 800 dude.

he could also have the 100 mile record because.............

I still have two of the rooms available

I would love to run the 8...not sure I have the speed for it. I do want to hit 1:47 this year (if I get a shot to race it.)

Ha and yes Gatlin could easily have any record he wants! An ultra would feel like a walk to him and then he could run the last 100m in 9.8 and make it look easy
