I don:t believe so -- 8.16-ish is what believe they:ll go. Is the race being rabbitted? If so, at what mile & 2km splits?

Im guessing they will hit 4:06ish. They pace will slow and then a sprint where position is everything. I hope im wrong by the way.

My dream- Ethiopians take it out in 4:02. Mottram sits and makes a big move 600 out to steal it in 8:08.05!

OK, I'm an idiot and don't have the slightest clue. Did they have a picnic somewhere between the mile and mile and a half mark?

Squackee's prediction of 8:17 was the closest (and also the slowest predicted time). But Bek was quite vague and while he didn't make an official prediction, he said: "I'll be surprised if they run under 8:20"

Let's call it a tie
