I'm impressed that Wiki has already updated his bio to include his death, which it says was just yesterday.

All it takes is one dedicated editor. The same editor who created the Aritmendi page back in 2016 made the update yesterday: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php...action=history

With so much negativity in this world, I felt compelled to shoot some POSITIVITY. Today, dressed like this

I brought my mother HOME from the hospital as a Covid 19 SURVIVOR!! 28 days in the hospital, 14 on a ventilator yet beet the stacked odds to make it home!

              works!

We lost overnight to the coronavirus a member of our Haworth 5K & 10K race committee named Jack Ferber. He had been a cancer patient for much longer than I have been and was in the hospital for a month. The loss has hit our committee hard. Fortunately, the races are five months away on September 26th - we hope.

sorry, but I'm not depressed or sad! I'm mad as hell at the way this massive public health crisis is being pissed on by too many people. My grand daughter is in the hospital with Covid-19!

Nick Modugno was the godfather of Valhalla's track and field program, serving as the varsity head coach for nearly 40 years. He was a father figure and inspiration to everyone representing the maroon and white, as well, becoming a legend in the Viking community.

His legacy went beyond the painted lanes of a track or the school hallways.

Valhalla is mourning the loss of its former coach and physical education teacher. Modugno passed away on Wednesday at the age of 91 due to complications from COVID-19. Generations of former runners and students took to social media following his passing, memorializing their beloved coach and teacher by posting photos and stories.
