  • Drug Accusations Getting Tiresome

Those who are consistently posting unwarranted accusations regarding EPO abuse by foreign athletes are harming our sport.

There is no credible evidence supporting these accusations. Just because we currently don't have distance runners competitive on the world level is no reason to accuse those who are competitive of cheating.

We have had runners more competitive than the current crop not that long ago. Were Scott, Kennedy, Croghan, Williams, Spivey, Marsh, Salzar, Hollman, Falcon all taking EPO? Of course not.

Get over it. There are fantastic athletes competing at the highest level the world has ever seen. We should appreciate it for what it is - athletic excellence and not try to discredit their efforts by making unfounded accusations.

Garry should pull all posts accusing athletes of taking drugs without supporting evidence.

I think that 98% of them are by PAULIE with different aliases (DR. STEVE!) Since he is pretty much just the class clown now (about whom no one is even laughing anymore), he may be discounted.

Maybe there should be an "ignore" option added to the website.
