Add the heptathlon for men and change it so the events are picked randomly for each meet from a pool of all events. Preferably, the events are not picked until the day of the competition.

I am hooked on American Ninja Warrior, where they keep changing the challenge. The schmucks who go first make the mistakes that the later ones learn from. Lotsa wPVers excel there. Rock climbers have a huge advantage.
