BRISBANE - 4 DECEMBER
100 (1.4) Hartmann 10.49 Wong (b04) 10.57 Degarnham 10.63 Clare (b02) 10.66 Kennedy (b03) 10.67
400 Beck 45.95 Diffey 46.28 Bonney (b02) 46.92
100 (0.1) Connolly 11.25 Reynolds (b03) 11.87
400 Connolly 52.28
In good conditions, Ella Connolly proves her windy 11.21w early in the year was no fluke and her 11.50 PB last week after returning from injury was merely a warm-up. She won by a mile. Moves ahead of Lauren Hewitt to be #10 AUS A/Time. And then she backed up for her first 400m in nearly two years with a half-second PB (#27 AUS A/Time).
At just 21, amazing to remember she ran in the World Champs 4x4 four years ago. Hoping she can have an injury-free 2022.
