      Japan left their final 50k walk slot for the Olympics to the winner of this race. Satoshi Maruo joins 2019 World Champion Yusuke Suzuki, and Masatora Kawano, as the 50k Olympic walk team for Japan.

                Looks like he may not be in great shape as the Final mark is worse than the Semis by about a tenth. What was the interval between races?
