Equals her indoor WR and 2cm farther than her outdoor PB, which was #2. Clock is ticking on the 15.50m WR now.

Also now gives her 3 of the top 5 outdoor jumps in history

15.31 is also the 11th best jump in history and (I think) the farthest ancillary jump ever
That video is blocked for me but this one wasn't:

Looks can be deceptive, she is moving at a rate, it’s just less noticeable because of how tall she is - 6 ft 4

                  • Scanning CB's newsletter, I didn't know that Echevarria jumped 8.55w (3.1) at the meet where J Diaz went 17.46 (-3.5?!) and A Diaz (bro?) 17.37 (+3.3!!) and Povea 14.93 (0.8) !! and Perez 68.99.
Cuba needs to work on its PR skills.

I have way too many already. There's a major purge coming in mid-August!!
So where was your post about all this? I rely on you (and a select few here) to keep me apprised of all the shenanigans!

In #611 I mentioned Perez's DT with a link. Please keep up.

I try, I really do, but this season is busy - in the best possible way - pent-up performances after 2020.

The last time 3 women jumped 14.90m or better in the same year was 2012
