                        • Mo Farah ran 27:50 (winner was 27:23), so didn't get the 27:28 Q time he wanted.
Jessica Judd ran 31:20, a PR, and qualified!
McColgan won the race with a 64 last lap!

BTW, Judd is going to Tokyo!
                          Marc Scott also Q'ed!

                          • Let's give credit where credit is due, Amdouni wins in 27'23, PB and Tokyo Q (although already qualified for the marathon), 2nd Abdi 27'24 PB and Q, 3rd Mayo 27'24, PB (previous 28'48 !) and Q.

Marc Scott beats Mo Farah for British title and Tokyo ticket, both way off the OG standard, but Scott already has it. Mo needs another 10 to qualify, or may do 5000 at British champs/trials.
                                Cheers,
