  • I should have said over raced. Hopefully Bromell will get his stuff corrected. Bract is interesting too. Looks like a lot of 200 guys could be on the 4x100 , if these coaches would open their minds a little.

I'd love to see the top 8-10 guys form a few relays with maybe a couple other event guys (Grant, Allen, etc) like they did 10 or so years ago and take each other on at Texas Relays, Drake, etc. One of my favorite races was watching an anchor get their doors blown off at Texas Relays while the crowd goes nuts.

      • Me too Coach. No reason we should not win the 4x100 almost every year.

Similar on the world stage. While he's not "as good" as we thought he be long term in the 400m to this point, his best event from a world top to bottom ranking is still the 400m.

And yet we keep finding ways to lose!

                • I do expect the U.S. to sweep the medals in every event at every championship meet, given our natural superiority across the board.

Aleksandra Gulyalyeva in 800m is listed as Russian, while Svetlana Uloga in the same race is listed as ANA. Shouldn't Gulyalyeva also be listed as ANA?

Sarcasm aside, I do expect we sweep the relays (this year's w4x1 and any Boltian 4x1 aside) hence my despair when we don't.
