The NCAAs will be essential in sorting out some events.

Lashawn Merritt ran 45.45 in his 400m season opener. His fastest time since 2017. Not too bad

Lost in the Engels/Kessler shuffle is poor Henry Wynne (USA!) who just blasted his PR from 3:36 to 3:34.08, SECOND fastest in the USA (over Centro, Nuguse, Teare, Hocker and Mr. Kessler).

Kudos also to Vincent Ciattei, 3:34.57, who had a 3:36 in 2020 (!) and can say the same thing.

While we realize it was a perfect storm that led to these great times (and maybe some cool shoes), but they still had to run them.

Unfortunately Dejah Stevens will have to miss these games, but add in Phyllis Francis and at least Queens will be well represented
