  • Don't look now, but the mSP has just started at Arkansas. Five guys throwing. One is a Mr. R. Crouser.

    https://results.flashresults.com/202...iledSeries.htm

    First round . . . 73-6.75 (22.42)

    Gotta keep one eye on Kovacs's 22.72 WL. the other on RC's 22.82 iSB, and a 3rd eye on . . . you know . . .

RC currently holds a slim 17-foot lead.

    • It does seem to be breezy so maybe that helped.

From the first results it looks like he should have to toss 1.5x any other competitor to win the event.

      Sandi Morris in the PV.

Sharika Nelvis with two mediocre results in 100 and 100h.

      • A measly 73-11 in the 2nd round . . .

        73-4.75 in 3rd - he's nothing if not consistent!

        X in the 4th - a big'un or lil'un?

        71-10 in 5th

        • That's more like it!

          74-5.5 (22.69)

If the Kiwi is on, we'll have another donnybrook later.

Morris just tweeted (with video) that it's raining and hailing in Arkansas, and the PV may be cancelled.
That and 3 other field events are on rain delay!

              He's baaaaack.
2.30 in Houston. He and Kynard have the cred to make the team. JHarr, Culver, McEwen, Sull jockeying for position.

              Also

              w400
              1 Natasha Hastings 52.22

Seems that way but we're still 6 weeks from the trials and there's always as a member of the relay.

To be fair, this is decent progress since she gave birth in 2019.

                      53.62 - Aug 6th 2020
                      53.14 - May 1st 2021
                      52.22 - May 7th 2021

But yea, she could make it into the final and grab a relay or mixed spot.

I'm a bit confused. Not only did everyone test negative, but they are all fully vaccinated. So would they have done this if it was at Olympic trials? Or maybe there is some other reasons they didnt want to run here?

...and Shelbi Vaughn made a rare appearance in the wDT. Rachel Dincoff won that one at 62.72.
