      That's the Chula Vista meet I was wondering about. I had heard Orji was competing there. Thanks for the info.

            US is on the verge of being able to build a 4x1 relay with 400m specialists

            Michael Norman - 9.86
            Rai Benjamin - 10.03
            Fred Kerley - 10.03

              I'm not saying we won't get ourselves DQed for a drop or out-of-zone-pass, but I'm starting to feel pretty good about USA m4x1 chances!
              I might even let Lyles or Baker or Bromell on the team too.

                • Erriyon Knighton, certainly among the next US 100/200/400 prodigies these next seasons...

                    Also, this puts Fred Kerley at #12 on the 100/200/400 combined scoring list, bumping Rai Benjamin down a spot.

                    100m: 10.03 (1196)
                    200m: 20.24 (1182)
                    400m: 43.64 (1276)

                    Total = 3654

                      That PR looks like low-hanging fruit now.

                          They can pair with the woman's non 400m specialty 4x400m.

                            I really hope his one flash last year pans out.

                            • Holloway - Benjamin - Kerley - Norman

                              Not sure how many countries are beating that squad over 4x1 OR 4x4

                                Probably the US 100 M specialist team and that is about it. Too bad Coleman won’t be on the U.s team this year.
