Here's what works, gradually increase your base miles, increase the intensity on speed days,be careful with your diet, get plenty of rest. what ever that supplement is .... you might be risking your college career. cheers
What's with this "looking for an edge" shit (legal or otherwise)? Either you've got it or you don't. LIke the the other guy said, the secret is working your ass off.
If there's truly some substance that gives anybody an edge, then all the guys you're running against are getting exactly the same edge, and if they're working harder they'll still beat you by the same amount; you'll both just run a little faster.
Actually, some people respond better to certain drugs than others. Two people of equal talent and ability may use the same drug, but one ends up getting more 'benefit' from it. Same goes for supplements, like creatine.
