I often marvel at your ability to so quickly answer a question by diving into the data to produce a clearly formatted table that obviously uses Excel functions that I haven't taken the time to learn.
Yeah, I envy and enjoy El Toro's statistical endeavors.

What I meant to meant to say, but didn't, is that the alltime-athletics legal data (down to 6.90) didn't include any indoors marks, even though I checked. To extend the list down on a like for like basis, I went with outdoors only marks from WA for the 6.90-6.89 legal list.

The non-legal list only included windy and NWI outdoor and NOT any other non-legal marks indoor or out that pela sometimes lists - dodgy runway, suspect measure, drug offences etc. Again, I did this on a like for like basis as WA doesn't include any of these non-legal marks in it's indoors lists like it does for outdoor marks where you can filter for legal/non-legal/NWI/All.

I hope that makes it clearer, or does it?

A table of windy winning performances from the same sources as above, also down to 6.80. Again, all performances ended up being outdoors:

Rank Performance Athlete Country Location Date Age(yy-mm-dd)
    1 7.10 (2.3) Brittney REESE USA Chula Vista, CA (USA) 29-May-21 34-8-20
    2 7.04 (2.9) Jackie JOYNER-KERSEE USA Atlanta 23-Jun-96 34-3-20
    3 7.00 (2.1) Niurka MONTALVO ESP Valencia 15-Jun-02 34-0-11
    4 6.83 (2.9) Caterine IBARGUEN COL Barranquilla (COL) 30-Jul-18 34-5-18

As a final note, www.alltime-athletics.com has ancillary jumps down to 6.90 but worldathletics doesn't include ancillaries so I can't provide any between 6.80 and 6.89. From the alltime-athletics list, Jackie Joyner-Kersee is the only athlete to appear with two jumps, both in Atlanta on 18 May 1996, when she was 34-2-15 - 7.10 (0.1) and 7.06 (2.7).

My Record Book has single age records for 17-40, INdoors & OUTdoors (separate, no absolutes!), Men & Women!
    For Women OUTdoors, from 34-40
    34--JJK 23-7.50 (1996)
    35--Drechsler 22-11.25 (2000)
    36--Drechsler 22-3.50 (2001)
    37--Olenchenko 22-7.75 (1996)
    38--Olenchenko 22-0 (1997)
    39--(Don't have a mark!)
    40--Ter-Mesrobian 22-0.75 (2009)

My bookend designations are "0-17" and "40-over", meaning anyone up to and including 17 can set the 0-17 record, and anyone 40 or older can set the 40 & older record.

I don't have specific records for ages 16 or 15 and so on, nor for ages 41 and 42 and so on!!

My guess would be JJK, who went a legal 7.20 in 1996

Drechsler went 6.85 when she was 37 in 2002
