    With the Olympic track & field set to begin on July 30, it might be time to start some predictions for the gold medals. Of course some of the events have definite favorites while other events are wide open right now.

    Let's see your predictions (gold medal only) for these events: 22 for the men and 22 for women. Predictions end at 8 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Monday, July 19, 2021. Remember, gold medal predictions only.

    Anyone who plays the Dutch game will see everyone else's picks for winners and medalists as soon the the events have started. That will be 300+ rabid fans' worth of predictions.

            Just put mine in and I can safely say that THIS prediction will be 100% correct: I will need to change some of them before the deadline. There's always a small flurry of news the last couple of days. Hassan drops the 1500. J Inge drops the 5000. Some biggie pops positive for something (esp. Covid!) and must withdraw.

                Topic was started separate from the official dutch contest which closes July 29th at midnight CEST (July 28th 6pm Eastern)
