Road races these days are just big jogathons.....not surprised they would come up with this silly idea.

The winner gets $500.....out of a race where the entry is $100....

I hope they get what they are actually asking for - teams dead-stopped before the finish line, trying to wait out the other stopped teams. It could take days to finish.
