Yikes! 7.12a is better than any other HS time - 'a' or not. 7.19 is the HSR.

Wait, Mary Beth Price hasn't been in high school for maybe 6 or 7 yrs. Maybe she ran this time at a HS meet? Or maybe this is an old article with the wrong date...?

Marybeth Sant-Price, formerly known as Marybeth Sant is a graduate of Colorado State University.

The track meet where Marybeth ran this time at is a very informal all comers meet at the Colorado School of Mines put on by the schools track and field coaching staff.

The only requirement is to be registered on co.milesplit.com so that you can be entered into the meet.

Not sure why the results list Owens as a frosh. She competed at conference and nationals in 2021 both indoors and out.

Looks like some folks didn't update the TFRRS classes

When was the last time a team had 4 sub 13:30 in the same season, let alone the same race? Or is this a first?

I think BYU had three last year.

So who's got the early indoor world lead for w800?

                      16-year old Sophia Gorriaran (6/20/05) 2:04.07

should also mention that is a US U20 indoor best
Is this not also a World U20 best? I could be wrong but I think the previous best was 1:15.60 by Mohammed Aman in 2013. (Aman then ran 1:15.31 in 2014 less than a month after his 20th birthday)
