Im just saying your post was confusing. You listed familiar names (Korir, kipyegon, obiri) and then said "lots of familiar names didnt finish top 3".

If you said 400m - E Korir 44.87, I would have understood him to have won the 400m in that time.

She's having an amazing season. PRs in 60m, 100m and 200m.

Read that Schippers is skipping Eugene and focusing instead on Euros. She won't be there, so not even on the 4x1. Can anyone confirm?

OK. Obviously this adjustment to full context posting is a big adjustment for me!

Del Ponte finished in a distant second, I'm guessing 11.1x based on Kambundji's margin over her.

EDIT: the result is already on her WA profile. Her time was 11.26.

She said in TV interview after the race that she wants to run the 100m at Euros. For which she stills to run the qualifying mark of 11.24.
Wasn't qualified for Eugene in the 100m, not by time (11.15 standard) or World ranking.
Was qualified for the 200m on the basis of a 22.70s run last year, but is focusing on the 100m first. Never trained or run with the relay squad this year.

After last season she left the national training center (by mutual agreement) and found new coaches, which gave her new inspiration but the facts don't lie: Running slower every season since 2015 while the international standard in female sprinting is higher than ever. I'm afraid her career is going to end in bitter disappointment.

Mykolas Alekna goes 69.00m at the Lithuanian NCs. Rewind the stream if you're seeing this early, it's the first event (I think he threw 69.00m in round 3).

                      • According to reports, Schippers only started full training in April, and had to pull out of Paris with Covid.

In the women's 200m SFs, Klaver was the fastest with 22.71. Bol ran a PB of 23.00 in the 2nd SF, with a -1.7 wind, so is clearly in sub 23 form.

I'm the best poster. Just ask me.
