                              yes, it is held at Raul Guidobaldi stadium.
                              The "famous" Rieti meeting has been cancelled basically since 2016. Money issues. It came back as lower status event in 2020 IIRC.

                                Considering how fast he is gaining experience right now, and how fast Hayward is, I'd say it's a high likelihood. I doubt he's at the point yet where the spacing is restricting him.
