Behind Dix was Xavier Carter at 19.63.
Lyles was born in Gainesville and lived here until he was 8 years old I think , but moved to VA.

Pleathora of NCAA titles + 19.69 as a Junior
Double Bronze at first Olympics
Double Silver at first World Champs
2nd fastest American time for almost a decade
He was also running in the Bolt era, meaning there was essentially no opportunity for gold

The video is very interesting. EK took off at 50m and left Fahnbulleh. Off the turn, Fahn made no dent. In the last 30m, EK appeared to be cruising and Fahnbulleh's huge stride began to make a dent, but way too little, way too late. I can't wait to see N Lyles at full speed against EK. I think NL has the better finish, but as in this race, EK might be . . . gone.
