Eldrick, you should know by now to do a quick search on google/tilastopaja/IAAF/Larsson's site etc before you post "some unkown"! Most people on here would not necessarily know who she is, so they use those tools or their books to do a quick check first - I suggest you do the same next time! :P

Speak for yourself. I hadn't heard of her before Rovereto last year but have kept an eye on her since.
mutola soundly thrashed by some skinny, unknown kenyan who charged past a flailing mutola in the stretch, to win it in 1'57+
kenya found a lady 800m runner !!!
I hadn't heard of her until last season but I had a feeling she was going to spring a surprise. I was going to start a thread wondering whether she could pull a surprise.
Mutola has to be tired. She ran a 57 and a 56 1st 400m in the heats and semis plus she had the world indoors but I suppose it's another medal to put on her mantlepiece for Mutola.
Anyway, 1:58.77 is her fastest outdoor time since the 2004 Olympics and it's only March.
eldrick - and you also didn't know about the aussie/brit women brit marathoners at CWG's. you need to pay better attention to the sport! maybe you can use your formulas to compute memory loss!

No offense, eldrick, but why come on these boards to make some comments when you don't have the information to back you up? You just want to pipe in here-and-there with some random remarks without bringing something new to the boards? Come on!!

I have heard of her before too. I dont recall anything in my post that suggested I hadnt, or that I was accusing you of not knowing either ? I suggested most people on this site wouldnt have heard of her.
Good to hear you've kept an eye on her though. Is she one of your faves then? So many athletes to keep an eye on, I just dont know where you begin to chose which ones to follow...
Besides, I'm quite sure you know every athlete there is to know out there. You're the best.
