Oh! Only a +2.1 wind, Lyles looked great. Kerley couldn't make a dent at the end.
19.72 to 19.75.
De Grasse has work to do.

since they reversed direction (after PV was out of the way) the throwers must have thought so.

Interesting. Reversing JT direction is rare in my experience, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention.
Rohler struggling with 72 and 69.

I think most guys prefer to throw with the wind in the javelin now, and I wonder how far prime-Vetter would have thrown.

Hmm, JuV missed two at 2.24, passed 2.27 to take a shot at 2.30.

Used to be a slight head-wind was best, yes? Did something change besides moving the CoG forward a bit?

By the way, Sowinski is a GREAT rabbit - he's always checking the field to see if they are close enough.

De Grasse always has work to do during these pre-Champ meets. Same old. He will be in the mix when it matters.
I think Allyson's 21.98 meet record is gonna fall if the wind cooperates.

Woo first over 2.30. And now over 2.33.

Peters counters with 90.19!
Ima guess the wind is 'very' helpful.
Did JuV retire? He's passing to 2.35?!
This is getting silly - Vad out to 90.88 now! It seems they've figgered out the angles now.
