    10.88 basic for Ofili.

200 should be something to behold.

Only since the form overhaul by the Kentucky coaches during 2021 indoor.

Woah, 10 93 into a headwind!!!??? God, I just need her to run one or two 400m races this season. Her pb is due for a massive revision and the 200m final is gonna be wild!

From my jaundiced eye, it was 'worse' today than I've seen it.
                      I still like her in the 200, but Ofili will be T O U G H.

I need to look back at races, but I remember early this year (maybe start of outdoor?) she was fixing the arms crossing her body running style. I swear Atticus even noted the improvement at one point. But in the prelims and here, it's been so exaggerated, seems like it will take alot to fix.

Yeah, Iā€™d agree her form looks different (better?) there but clearly the overhaul to her form has yielded the intended results.

That was three years ago. Undoubtedly she would have improved as much, if not more, without altering her textbook natural arm carriage
