      Gawdman, Nigerian sprinting has been on fire this season! I'm so proud 😊. It's giving me the the late eighties and nineties vibe when Nigerians were consistent on the global track and field stage.

        Yes, there was a race earlier this year where Steiner looked . . . normal . . . and ran well. I'm at a loss to explain what her coach is thinking, but there may be method in the madness, and if she continues to run fast, I would also be loathe to change anything now.

          I wouldnt. She's running what she is now in spite of the upper body mechanics not because of it.

                            Huuuuge coaching error...she probably won't be the same after 2 NCAA meets; maybe she will turn pro and point for WC '23 and OGs '24. Then again, maybe she will run only 1 event at NCAA's.
