    Carbin is intriguing and could win, but don't we all want the Turner story to have a plot direction upward here?

      Yes, surely everyone is eager to see Turner fulfill his early promise. But after a certain level each added cm gets tougher and requires difficult, sometimes subtle adjustments... Elements very few US jumpers have been able to master in recent years.
