Did Bednarek appear to be injured?

    So, yes, it's "average"!

    Look at Mondo!
Even if he'd made that 6.01 today, it would be considered just average!
6.01 for anyone else is GREAT, but not for Mondo!
    Same for Syd!
She's put herself above the stratosphere!
So a 51.68 for HER is just average now!!
As mundane as she makes it look, 51.68 is other worldly.

Also how can that not apply to SAFP in the 100m? Almost a tenth off her best, she's run 3 faster races than her time here. So she must be "average" as well no?

Mc Laughlin is a world known T&F star.
Richardson is a disappointing young diva who is far from the top 3 Jamaican's level. I'm quite skeptical about her hability to be on an international podium.

McLaughlin, SAFP, Dos Santos etc are making historical marks seem mundane

Talk about a jog in the park, Syd is in a class by herself. 51 with no pressing.

She deserves time off, but I sure wish (selfishly) she'd race in Europe for a while and then show up in Zurich.

Keep in mind that she is 35+. She competed two days ago. She did great in my opinion.

Which was, of course, a jog in the park for him . . .

To be fair, he also just ran 47.80 in a different country 2 days ago. Running his 2nd fastest 400m time ever isn't too bad.

Back to the drawing board for Holloway!!
He should be under 13 (easily!) every time out.
