                      oooooo - that 14.18 TJ by Italy's Derkach would have definitely been a foul in Eugene (top of shoe's toe rotates over the an 'air' line perpendicular from end of board), and even the tip of the sole also looked a smidge over in an old-school foul.

                      Two different foul rules are hurting the sport.

                                If there were American fans in the Padova stadium they'd surely be chanting, "U-S-A, U-S-A" . That's 6 track victories out of 6 so far. Pressure on Hocker/Nuguse and the 100m guys and gals to complete the full house of 9.
